No. Everything is done online, so I can work with people and businesses anywhere. I'm based in Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent, Stone, Stafford and the wider Midlands), but you just send the job over and I deliver it back online, wherever you are.

By default, I design and build your website, then hand it over ready for you to organise the hosting and domain (your web address) on your side. If you'd rather not deal with any of that, I can register the domain and host the site for you. It's like buying a car: the design and build is the car itself, while hosting and the domain are the fuel, tax and insurance that keep it on the road. You own the car outright, but the running costs are ongoing. If you want me to handle those things I can quote it as an extra service, but please be aware that it renews every year.

Photo restoration starts from £50 per photo, quoted up front before any work begins. That covers repairing damage, sharpening detail and colourising a faded or torn photograph, delivered as a high-resolution file ready to reprint, frame or share. Larger batches of family photos are quoted together and usually work out cheaper per photo.

Yes. I colourise black and white and faded photographs, adding natural, period-appropriate colour while keeping the original character of the image. I can restore damage at the same time (scratches, creases, missing corners), then send the finished colour version back to you ready to print or share.

Most small jobs (a single image, a restored photo, a piece of writing) are turned around within a day or two. Bigger projects like websites, Python tools or business automation are given a clear timeline when I quote, so you know what to expect before we start. If something is urgent, tell me and I'll let you know honestly whether I can hit your deadline.

I use whichever tool is best for the job. For images that includes Nano Banana, Google Gemini, Leonardo AI and Stable Diffusion; for video, Google Veo; for music, Suno; and for writing, coding and automation, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and OpenAI Codex, alongside local AI models for privacy-sensitive work. You never have to learn any of them: I do the work and deliver the finished result.
